Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Consulting Manager (Lead Business Consultant) to join our MLEU practice, with a focus on the Utilities domain (Electricity/Water) and Energy Retail in the US market. This leadership role is ideal for experienced consultants who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about delivering strategic, technology-enabled transformation. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Lead client engagements focused on digital transformation in the Utilities and Energy Retail sectors. u00b7 Collaborate with Utility client stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases, prioritize them using established frameworks, and develop functional and solution architectures for the target state. u00b7 Develop mock prototypes of various business scenarios, flows and present the same to business and IT stakeholders. u00b7 Drive business analysis activities including scope definition, requirements tracking, process flow analysis, and coordination with internal and external teams. u00b7 Develop GenAI business cases and roadmaps, and detail out use cases aligned to client goals. u00b7 Provide process expertise across the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle, including Opportunity & Quoting, Contracting & Onboarding, Billing & Invoicing, Renewals & Support. u00b7 Conduct business process mapping and identify operational improvement opportunities. u00b7 Develop functional use cases, user stories, and support testing/UAT activities. u00b7 Manage scope, change requests, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones. u00b7 Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams. u00b7 Contribute to internal initiatives including thought leadership, asset development, and mentoring. Required Qualifications u00b7 10-15 years of consulting experience in the Utilities domain (Electric or Water), with direct experience in Energy Retail in the US. u00b7 Strong understanding of Opportunity-to-Cash processes and their application in energy retail operations. u00b7 Proven experience in business analysis, process modelling, and GenAI technologies. u00b7 Demonstrated ability to define and detail GenAI use cases, develop business cases, and create strategic roadmaps and develop mock prototypes. u00b7 Experience working with Utility clients to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities. u00b7 Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. u00b7 Experience with data-driven decision-making and strategy development. u00b7 Ability to work in hybrid environments (remote/in-office). u00b7 Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree; certifications preferred but not mandatory. u00b7 Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
