Join us and be part of something extraordinary.Weu2019re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP Cyber Technology Engineer to join our Technology Information Security Division Cyber Technology team. This role is located in New York City, NYIn this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Cyber Technologies Engineering, analysis, design, onboarding, and production support Mitigate systemic outages, reliability impact of critical Cyber Security Technology Platforms Analyze deep level problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor and ensure to automate software systems. Engineering Control Break Detection Techniques Assessment of relevant Cyber Security Industry Solutions Responsible for design, development, testing and implementation of Cyber solutions that will interact with multiple third party applications Defining and measuring Service Level Objectives as agreed with stakeholders. Contribute to the Incident management mitigation and post-mortems. Involvement in system design, platform management, and capacity planning. Uplifting Operational Excellence Research, present, document, and detail engineering and solutions Manage complex and diverse enterprise cyber security tools including but not limited to SIEM, Vuln Scanning, EDR, packet capture, etc. Implement config management to large platforms and devops lifecycle tools Mentoring and training junior technical team membersTo be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical field involving systems coding/engineering, or equivalent work experience Proficiency in large data mining with query or search languages such as SQL, Splunk SPL, etc Experience with configuration management across large scale systems Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Go, C, C++, Java, Perl, Ruby, or any other non-shell script language Experience with AI / ML. SW configuration framework (e.g., ansible, chef, salt), and devops lifecycle tools (e.g., git, subversion, artifactory) Experience with UNIX operating systems internals and networking Familiarity with various UNIX performance and system tools (e.g., strace, iostat, free, top, tcpdump , grep, awk, sed , etcu2026) Experience in troubleshooting large scale distributed systems across large networks. Integrating products using APIs Solid understanding of Risk culture Solid understanding of Systems Controls and Risk Reduction techniques Other supplemental valuable expertise/experience Machine Learning / AI Understanding of Cloud Technology (Azure mainly, secondarily: Azure, GCP) Implementation of Cloud workloads and integrations with the same Experience with various enterprise logging systems Experience with distributed systems design. Debugging / optimizing code Development Modern development practices.
