This position requires work to be performedonsite, at a designated campus work location. This position has beenidentified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations.The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregivercheck to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Lawand every four years. Applicants interested in pursuing an academiccareer in the Musculoskeletal Imaging and Intervention Section will beconsidered for the titles listed: Assistant Professor, AssociateProfessor or Full Professor on either the Clinician Teacher (CT) orClinical Health Sciences (CHS) Track. The title and track are determinedby the experience and qualifications of the finalist. Key JobResponsibilities: Clinical duties will be within the MusculoskeletalImaging and Intervention Section and include work at the ClinicalScience Center (CSC), East Madison Hospital, and the Science DriveMedical Center. Duties will include interpretation of diagnosticstudies, including radiographs, CT, MR, and MSK ultrasound; and imageguided procedures including therapeutic injections, biopsies,aspirations, ablations, and spine procedures. Advanced procedures areencouraged but not required. Training will be available for thoseprocedures as needed. Participation in the teaching, research, andadministrative efforts of the Section and Department are expected.Teaching responsibilities will include lectures and conferences as wellas daily training of residents, fellows, and medical students.Departmental teaching...
