The Client Experience Project Manager is responsible forcoordinating client-specific complex issue resolution and ensuringclient satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role servesas the primary point of contact for projects and involves crossdepartmental collaboration, effective communication, and problem solvingto manage custom client requests and facilitate new initiatives.Performs other duties as assigned. Key Accountabilities ProjectCoordination Collaborate with sales, client services, and otherdepartments to coordinate project activities and resource allocation.Manage customer-specific data files, including NDA's and vendor partnerdata issues Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding projectstatus, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement ProcessEfficiencies and Documentation Drive process improvement initiatives byanalyzing and enhancing existing workflows, while also designing andimplementing new, efficient processes to support organizational goalsAudit Management Lead the oversight for client-specific audits,including claims, utilization management, and mental health parity,partnering closely with the auditors Reporting Generate and managecomplex reporting and handle ad hoc reporting requests to supportbusiness decisions RFP Management Serve as the Commercial SME to partnerwith the RFP writing and documentation teams for existing customer RFPwork to ensure compliance with requirements and adherence to deadlinesRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Project Management, or equivalent experience in related field 5 years ofexperience beyond degree Strongly Preferred Qualifications Provenexperience in project management, preferably in client management orcustomer service role Strong problem-solving skills with a track recordof managing complex issues Excellent communication and interpersonalskills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Experiencein managing audits or similar projects is highly desirable Ability tohandle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention todetail Proficient in project management...
