Ideal locations would be Tampa, FL;Lexington, Colombia, MD; SC; North Charleston, SC; Orlando, FL; Raleigh,NC; Washington, DC; Madison, WI. Responsibilities: Developing marketingmaterials and content Driving the proposal development process Leadingproposal kickoff meetings Strategizing to create marketing plansIdentifying key publications and award submissions for the groupDeveloping and managing the annual marketing plan, schedule, and budgetLeading interview preparation Offering input and guidance on project andteam selection for proposal pursuits Coordinating business developmentcalls and providing appropriate reports Organizing client eventsAttending tradeshows and conferences Maning client feedback andsatisfaction surveys Some travel may be required for conferences,events, and team training. The successful candidate must have thefollowing: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing,advertising, public relations, or related field from an accreditedcollege or university and at least two (2) years of relevant experienceOR An associate degree in marketing or related field from an accreditedcollege or university and at least four (4) years of relevant experienceOR No degree and at least six (6) years of relevant experienceExperience in architectural/engineering industry or another technicalservice industry is a plus The ideal candidate will have experience withany/all of the following: Leading proposal submissions (RFP/RFQs) andinterview teams Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases (Vision orAEC360 preferred) Previous experience in the AEC industry: familiaritywith Transportation/Infrastructure Excellent interpersonal, timemanagement and organizational skills Excellent grammar and writingskills required (Familiarity with AP Style Guide) Ability to work in afast-paced, continuously changing environment while maintaining tightdeadlines Proven organization, problem solving, communication, andinteractive skills Ability to understand and write about technicalissues and understand related technical terminology At Mead & Hunt weshape the future by putting people first.
