PositionOverview The Lead Supplier Manager, Direct and TPM, within the SourcingOperations Support (SOS) team, is accountable for ensuring businesscontinuity and operational excellence by managing supplier performance,driving escalation resolution, and safeguarding supply availability. TheLead Supplier Manager, Direct and TPM will work with direct materialsuppliers, third party/external contract manufacturers, and internalcross-functional teams to proactively mitigate risks, secure adequatecapacity, and resolve disruptions across the value chain Acting as botha hands-on supplier leader and a strategic advisor, the Lead SupplierManager builds governance frameworks, fosters supplier relationships,and ensures alignment with Exact Sciences' mission to advance patientcare through reliable, innovative, and ethical sourcing practices.Lastly, this role will act as an escalation path for other members ofthe team to support supply chain continuity, assurance of supply, andaccountabilities of the Supplier Management, Direct and TPM team.Essential Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Leadcross-functional response efforts to supplier escalations anddisruptions, restoring continuity of supply and driving risk mitigationstrategies in partnership with Quality, GCM, Operations, and otherstakeholders. 100% product availability for all commercial/clinicalproducts by managing supplier performance, maintaining close supplierrelationships, highlighting supplier related risks to drive mitigationstrategies when needed, and partnering with quality on supplier qualityissue resolution 100% product availability by ensuring adequatecapacity is in place with suppliers to meet our near- and long-termvolume goals Represent SOS as a trusted advisor and escalationauthority, driving timely resolution of supply assurance challengesacross Direct and TPM suppliers Ensure supplier management practicesalign with global procurement policies, SOPs, and sourcing thresholds tomaintain compliance, reduce risk, and support organizational...
