For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Join a dynamic and exciting team as the Clubs&Bar Supervisor with Levy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison This role offers a unique opportunity to work across three iconic venues u2014 Kohl Center, University Ridge Golf Course, and Camp Randall Stadium u2014 and play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service. + Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team. + Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times. + Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. + Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service. + Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times. + Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual. + Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: + 1+ years of experience in hospitality, food&beverage, or retail environments; leadership experience preferred. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively. + Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent. + Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting. + Fluent in English.
