Summary GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks a skilled Enterprise Architect III- ServiceNow on upcoming work, who will oversee the design and architecture of the ServiceNow solution to ensure alignment with the client's business objectives and technical requirements in a telework environment. The Enterprise Architect III- ServiceNow will be responsible for guiding the architecture, configuration, and deployment of the ServiceNow modules (SAM, HAM, ITOM Visibility), ensuring scalability and alignment with the organizations IT asset management needs.Supervisory Responsibilities - NoneEssential functions/responsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Review the implementation of workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.Evaluate current platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that drive automation, efficiency, and compliance with enterprise standards.Lead the architectural design of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets project objectives and best practices for IT asset management.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements for Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility.Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with existing systems (e.g., SCCM, discovery tools) and ensure data consistency within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Validate and recommend the selection of ServiceNow modules, including evaluation of out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and custom solutions.Ensure ServiceNow architecture complies with quality assurance and security requirements, including access controls and data protection.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without formation Security and Confidentiality ObligationsEnsure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures; actively participate in mandatory security awareness training; and manage confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company protocols and data protection standards.Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).4- 8 years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, specifically in SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility.Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery tools, and integration methods.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with government or highly regulated environments.Familiarity with ITIL-based IT Service Management and governance best practices.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.Work authorization/security clearance requirementsAbility to obtain a security clearance.Work environmentThis work will be completed in a telework environment.Physical demandsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations and client facilities. Travel required: Yes, occasional travel to the client site in Hanford, Washington, as needed.Proficiency RequirementThe employee is expected to demonstrate proficiency in all essential job functions, tools, and processes related to this position within the first 90 days of employment. This includes acquiring a thorough understanding of job-specific responsibilities, systems, and workflows as outlined during onboarding and training. Failure to meet this requirement may result in additional training, reassessment, or other actions as deemed necessary by management.Employment is contingent upon government approval and, if applicable, contract award.The base salary range for this position is: $151,785 - $182,873 This base salary range represents a general guideline.
