INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION MANAGER - MID Location: Tampa, FL | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI with Current CI Polygraph OverviewSupports ISR collection management to satisfy operational intelligence requirements, converting intelligence gaps into actionable collection strategies. Works with analysts and interagency partners to optimize collection efforts and support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers through various analytic products.Collaborate across the intelligence community to understand customer needs, identify gaps, and develop validated collection requirements.Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements; assess value relative to decision-making needs.Engage with analysts to determine intelligence gaps and develop prioritized collection strategies.Convert intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements; establish priorities, coordinate tasking, and monitor results.Support the solicitation, coordination, validation, and evaluation of multi-INT collection requirements.Balance time-sensitive requests with ongoing collection priorities; develop assessments of collection operations and future posture.Provide technical guidance for ISR system needs, support software/application requirements, and enable interoperable systems.Uphold strict security protocols and protect classified information. Minimum Qualifications Clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI with a current Counterintelligence Polygraph (within the last 5 years)Education/Experience: Meets all qualifications and skills of a Junior-level Collection Manager with demonstrated mid-level expertise; at least 8 years of relevant analytical and collection management experience, including within the last 2 years.Training/Certification: Must pass the USCENTCOM Collection Management Course and DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year of hire. Desired Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited institution.Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools.Experience supporting ISR operations within DoD or IC environments.Ability to mentor junior analysts or collection managers. Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data.
