Situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains, BalfourSenior Living in Louisville, CO at Cherrywood Village is seeking talented and team-oriented associates.Schedule: Full TimePay: $85,000-$90,000The Care Services Directormanages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.What will I do every day?Complete accurate and regular resident assessments to determine appropriate level of careMaintain all resident information, files, and reportsSupervise and administer all resident medicationsMaintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirementsCoordinate care provided by third partiesManage Assisted Living budget and expensesForecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure quality of careConduct departmental planning and forecastingManage and improve resident and family satisfactionWhat will I need to be successful in this role?A passion for excellenceLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Three to five years of supervisory experienceRegistered Nurse preferredBS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fieldsExperience in working with seniors preferredExperience as a Wellness Director, Resident Care Director or Assisted Living Director preferredWhat’s in it for me?
