Hiring - Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Casa Grande, AZHours: 5:00 am - 3 pm, 40-65 hours per week, Monday - Friday, some Saturday hours as needed.Pay: Hourly $34-40 per hour. Position OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This hands-on role manages the maintenance team, schedules preventive maintenance, handles repairs, and supports production uptime—all while promoting a strong safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise maintenance of equipment, including press lines, compressors, and material handling systems.Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory.Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to reduce downtime.Coordinate repairs with production to minimize disruption.Maintain accurate records and enforce safety protocols.Support equipment upgrades and new installations.Supervise and coach maintenance technicians and contractors.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications preferred.5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).Proficient in reading schematics and using maintenance systems.Physical & Work RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs.; frequent standing, kneeling, and walking.Work in hot, dusty, noisy environments with PPE.Occasional nights or weekends for emergency repairs.What is in it for youInsurance Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, Disability, ADD, Life401K, company MatchPaid Time Off, paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick payOpportunity to grow with the companyPositive work environmentUSD $34.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
