Cassidy is seeking a people-focused, highly organized Resource Coordinator to join our team in a critical support role within our deep pile foundation operations. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for coordinating field employee schedules, maintaining accurate workforce planning records, ensuring ongoing compliance with safety certifications and assisting the HR department with onboarding needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy. This role is key to helping our operations run smoothly by anticipating and responding to ever-changing project and manpower needs.Assist Human Resource Department with onboarding tasks for new employeesMaintain and distribute the weekly crew schedule for all field employeesCoordinate daily with General Superintendents to ensure schedule accuracy and effective manpower allocationKeep the Manpower Chart updated with new assignments, hires, and changesLead weekly manpower meetings to assess current and upcoming field staffing needsMaintain Procore employee files relating to safety certifications and notify employees of any upcoming training or expiration datesUpdate mob lists for tooling discrepanciesCoordinate safety training for new and existing field employeesSchedule employees for new license training (Crane, CDL)Create daily/weekly posts for in house social media platformRecord meeting minutes and distribute summaries to attendees in a timely mannerGather, format, and send weekly job progress reports to the Executive TeamKeep personnel records up to date in Procore’s Resource Planning toolHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in construction field operations, HR support, or scheduling strongly preferredExcellent communication and follow-up skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProficiency in Procore, Tenna, and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting manpower needsA proactive mindset with a team-first attitudeHigh organization skillsAs a Quanta Services employee, we offer a wide range of benefits to fit your needs.401(k) with immediate matching and vestingFully comprehensive benefits packages; Medical, Dental, VisionYour choice of PPO, HSA, FSAShort term and long-term benefitsEmployee discounts on consumer goodsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
