The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in fostering student growth, and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning experience.Work EnvironmentThis is a part-time positionOperating hours: M-FApproximately 12 hours per weekRemote - Must reside in ArkansasWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hourFlexible scheduleCareer advancement opportunitiesDeliver effective and tailored instructional support to students in assigned subjects or areas of focus.Prepare thoroughly for each session, including reviewing student needs, gathering materials, and customizing lessons to meet individual learning goals.Build strong, supportive relationships with students to foster a comfortable and productive learning environment, while staying attuned to their academic progress and needs.Adhere to organizational policies, including guidelines for student interactions, professional conduct, and communication standards.Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, including evaluations and updates on academic performance.Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging demeanor in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues.Must have an active teaching license in Arkansas or Bachelor's Degree in related fieldPrior experience in teaching, tutoring, or providing educational support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and adapt to diverse learning needs.Experience in working with students of various age groups and academic levels.USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
