Seasonal - Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

Seasonal Maintenance Technician position, weekend shift. Support maintenance operations of a state-of-the art distribution center environment to ensure all processes and equipment are operating efficiently.This will be on our Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM)Work Environment:At Duluth Trading Company, we fundamentally believe in strong in-person interactions as our culture thrives when we learn, create, and collaborate with each other. The position will be based in our Adairsville, GA Fulfillment Center.What You’ll Do:Providerepair and preventative maintenance services for the following but not limited to: Sorter, cameras, hardware, auto baggers, Conveyor systems, balers, and associated controlsRepairs to carts, stands, lifts and material handling equipment used in the daily sorting and transporting of products within the facility. This does not include major repairs or preventative maintenance to powered forklifts.Assistwith controls support and troubleshooting. IdentifyElectrical issues. (Replace standard components - Ex: Photo eyes, MDR’s,Proxes, Encoders, plc’s, emergency stops, conveyor belts)Complete preventive maintenance scheduleMaintain spare parts list and inventoryAssistin controls debugAble to mentor other maintenance staff.Deliver projects on time, under budget, and with high qualityImprove the process with written templates, spreadsheet tools, outstanding lessons learned, etc.What We’re Looking For:3- 5 years of experienceSkilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and PLC troubleshooting and repair.Energetic, ambitious, and hard workingMaintain a Positive, can-do attitudeComputer literate, experience with MS Office productsPrevious, electrical, conveying, automation, and distribution center experience desiredA solid understanding of application of contemporary industrial control systems a plusGood verbal and written communication skillsExtremely well organized and great foresight and planning abilitiesExperience in high-speed distribution centers a plusDemonstrated skills in customer service.Material Handling, or Packaging backgroundrequired.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
