The scheduled hours areFriday/Saturday/Sunday nights, 6:00p - 6:00a, 36 hours per week.Advanced EMT Certification preferred.What Youâll DoAssesses nature and extent of illness or injury, establishes priorities, and administers initial treatment at the scene to stabilize patient until higher level of health care is providedObserves, records, and reports patient condition and treatments to providerAssists in extricating trapped victims: transports sick and injured persons to treatment centersCommunicates with medical personnel and stays updated on treatment techniques and protocolsConducts safety inspections, prepares reports, and maintains recordsCleans emergency vehicle, requisitions supplies, and restocks materials and equipmentMaintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control proceduresMaintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsPerforms other duties as assigned
