What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Deliver direct patient care during dialysis treatments. u2022 Monitor and document treatment parameters and patient condition. u2022 Administer medications and respond to patient needs under RN supervision. u2022 Educate patients and families on dialysis therapy, diet, and medications. u2022 Assist with emergency procedures and CPR when needed. u2022 Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment. u2022 Collaborate with RNs, physicians, dietitians, and social workers to support patient care plans. What Weu2019re Looking For u2022 Current, up-to-date resume. u2022 Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN or LVN). u2022 Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice. u2022 CPR certification (BLS or AHA or ARC). u2022 At least 1 year of recent dialysis experience. u2022 Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach. u2022 Two verified references (one manager, one peer). u2022 Ability to meet compliance requirements including: physicianu2019s statement, color vision exam, TB test, and immunizations (Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, COVID).
