If you excel under pressure, have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, and are passionate about providing top-tier support, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: As a Litigation Secretary, you will be a critical member of the legal team, ensuring seamless support through: + Case Management: Organizing, maintaining, and updating case files, pleadings, and discovery documents. + Calendaring & Scheduling: Coordinating deadlines, court dates, depositions, and meetings with attorneys, clients, and external parties. + Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, agreements, and briefs, while ensuring confidentiality. + E-Filing & Filing: Submitting documents electronically through state and federal court systems with a thorough understanding of jurisdictional requirements. + Attorney Support: Managing attorney billing, timesheets, and travel arrangements while assisting with administrative and organizational tasks. + Professional Communication: Acting as the point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and colleagues, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
