Epic Application Analyst - Prelude / Cadence

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Analyst - Prelude/Cadence in Rockledge, FL.nnPrimary Accountabilities:n Understand user workflows, core functions, and processes of the supported business area which may include inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory, or revenue cyclen Coordinate with clinical end users and apply knowledge of user workflow to assist users in defining requirementsn Designs, configures, tests, troubleshoots and maintains programs/applicationsn Apply detailed knowledge of system functionality to implement new applications and modulesn Document business requirements, current and future state workflows, and any custom builds as appropriaten Coordinate and participate in all testing phases of associated applications during implementations and upgradesn Research and resolve issues with external and internal resources as neededn Provide support during go-live events, including during standard off-hours support timesn Lead small and medium-sized projects with minimal managerial oversight; Develop key project management tools, including project plans, issues logs, testing plans, and go-live eventsn Responsible for ongoing on-call duties for incidents outside of business hoursn Participate in cross-training for personal development and to ensure adequate secondary coverage on all applications
