Patient Service Representative - Bilingual

Description Scheduling and Appointment Management: Scheduling patient appointments, sending reminders, and managing patient wait times. Patient Check-in/Out: Greet patients, collect necessary information, and check them in and out of the facility. Insurance Verification and Billing: Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and handle billing inquiries. Patient Records Management: Update and maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and contact details. Administrative Tasks: Filing paperwork, processing insurance forms, and performing other administrative duties as needed. Customer Service: Provide a positive and helpful experience for patients and their families, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
