VDC Assistant Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent AEC industry experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience with BIM execution and supporting VDC planning and implementation at the project level. Preferred Experience setting up and managing projects in Revizto. Familiarity with laser scanning, including planning, data processing, and deliverable creation. Part 107 certification preferred; experience using drones and associated software to support project documentation. Experience with 360 photo platforms and understanding of progress-tracking best practices. Experience with 4D/5D phase planning and animation using Fuzor, Synchro Pro, or similar software. Experience creating 3D virtual mockups for project team collaboration. Familiarity with programming tools such as Dynamo or Python. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Skills Intermediate knowledge of construction delivery models, documentation, and sequencing. Strong understanding of building systems and construction workflows. Ability to train and support less experienced VDC staff on tools and processes. Willingness and capability to educate non-VDC staff on relevant tools and workflows. Demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to learning new technologies and methodologies that advance BIM, VDC, and LEAN practices. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). OFFICE AND TRAVEL This position requires that the individual be onsite full-time for the duration of the project in Ellendale, ND.
