Our client, In Geneva, NY is seeking a proactive and skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Group Leader for their 3rd shift to support their reliability manager on day-to-day maintenance operations. This role is critical in ensuring equipment efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering team development. Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Group Leader Location: Geneva, NY Pay Range: Competitive Pay Range Whatu2019s the Job? + Assist the reliability Manager in managing daily maintenance activities and delegate tasks as needed. + Lead and support line changeovers, equipment set-ups, repairs, and fine-tuning, including weight adjustments. + Monitor equipment performance and communicate necessary improvements to the team. + Train line personnel and mechanical trainees on equipment use and repair. + Review machine efficiencies and ensure performance meets or exceeds standards. + Collaborate with other mechanic group leaders during shift transitions to ensure smooth communication and continuity. + Promote and highlight continuous improvement opportunities.
