Team/ Project: The CDX team is ramping up to support a variety of new workloads such as a focus on re-writing current applications to Kotlin to better integrate across other Amex systems, as well as new feature builds including a commercial data exchange focused project supporting Real Time Authorizations (RTA) aimed at helping businesses make better business decisions with their data - particularly enabling 3rd party data integrations from card authorization data to external customers. Day to day work will build off their microservice based foundational platform, building integrations with Kafka, building APIs to facilitate backend services, and expose APIs for the collection of certain data constructs such as authorizations.
