We are seeking a bold, results-driven Sr. Director, Performance Marketing to set and execute the digital vision for our Value Marketing portfolio-eight distinct brands serving diverse customer segments. In this highly visible role, you will own the digital acquisition strategy, lead best-in-class campaigns, and ensure our digital ecosystem drives measurable growth in awareness, demand generation, and sales performance. Scope: You will be a critical driver for how our brands show up in digital-leading acquisition programs across affiliates, email, direct response - while ensuring campaigns are integrated from first impression to conversion. You will lead our MarTech vision and collaborate with our tech team on the roll-out of an ambitious roadmap. You'll also oversee the creative execution of on-brand copy and imagery across brand websites, e-commerce PDPs, and digital touchpoints. This is a role for a hands-on digital leader with deep performance marketing expertise, strong creative instincts, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-brand environment with speed, precision, and innovation. What you'll be doing: + Lead Digital Marketing Strategy: Serve as the overall leader for digital marketing across the Value Marketing portfolio, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven, brand-consistent, and customer-focused. + Drive Acquisition: Build an integrated ecosystem for acquisition using personalization, localization, and retargeting to maximize ROI across brands. + Channel Leadership: Oversee digital acquisition channels including affiliates, email marketing, e-tail execution, and direct response. + Creative Oversight: Lead the development of digital copy, imagery, and on-site content that is on-brand, compelling, and conversion-oriented for our websites. + -Performance Management: Own digital analytics and reporting to forecast, optimize, and improve campaign performance; deliver actionable insights for demand generation and sales growth. + MarTech: Set the vision for our MarTech stack and work cross-functionally to bring the roadmap to life. + Collaboration: Partner closely with paid media, creative leadership, CX, and MarTech teams to ensure integration of digital into broader marketing campaigns. + Agency & Vendor Management: Direct and manage multiple digital agencies, ensuring high-quality, efficient output. + Innovation: Champion continuous improvement in digital marketing tools, strategies, and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge. What we're looking for: + 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a focus on 1:1 performance marketing + Proven track record of leading digital campaigns end-to-end for large, complex brands + Strong background in subscription, retail, or direct-to-consumer digital marketing + Experience managing significant budgets and demonstrating clear ROI from digital investments + Expertise in affiliate marketing, email, e-tail execution, and personalization + Proven success in partnering to develop an advanced MarTech stack + Strong creative instincts with an understanding of UX and conversion optimization + Proven success in managing and inspiring high-performing digital teams + Agency and client-side experience preferred In Office Days: Ability to adhere to a hybrid schedule in office that includes assigned office days (3 days minimum Tues-Thurs) The Value Organization: Powering Connections with Purpose Verizon's Value brands offer a comprehensive portfolio of no-contract, prepaid wireless solutions, all powered by Verizon's leading nationwide 5G and 4G LTE network.
