Description Specialization: Orthopaedic Surgery of the Spine Job Summary: We are seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join one of our very busy local practices in Pinellas Park, FL. Duties: u2022 Patient exam/evaluations and consults (medical history, physical exam, review imaging/reports and tests) u2022 Order and interpret diagnostic tests/labs (MRIs) u2022 Referral for care/therapy when medically necessary (physical therapy, pain management, and chiropractic care) u2022 Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation u2022 Patient education as to care plan/surgical options, therapies and modalities, and post care instructions u2022 Documentation and timely progress notes u2022 Collaboration with the multispecialty team for comprehensive patient care u2022 Patient follow up and reexams
