In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and care team, youu2019ll help manage medical needs and promote their independence u2013 caring for patients like family, one home visit at a time. Your responsibilities will include: + Providing nursing care in the home, including wound care, medication administration, and support during procedures + Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly to support safe, continuous care + Monitoring patient status and alerting the care team of any changes to ensure timely, coordinated responses + Educating patients and families to support medication adherence, strengthen understanding of health conditions, and promote greater independence at home + Collaborating closely with RNs, providers, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality, personalized care in the home setting What qualifications you will need: + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Drivers License + (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse + Vocational School Graduate Benefits HCA Florida Healthcare at Home, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
