Description We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy initiatives and enhance our presence in the market. This role is based in Miami, Florida, and will focus on driving consumer engagement, developing impactful campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to elevate the brand's position in the competitive food and beverage industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen market position and achieve business objectives. u2022 Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging consumer trends, monitor competitors, and pinpoint opportunities for growth. u2022 Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels to boost brand awareness and drive sales. u2022 Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand identity and consumer expectations. u2022 Optimize the marketing budget by allocating resources effectively and ensuring maximum impact. u2022 Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and creative, to deliver cohesive and impactful brand messaging. u2022 Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using key metrics to refine strategies and improve results. u2022 Uphold brand consistency by maintaining adherence to established guidelines and ensuring all communications reflect the brandu2019s integrity. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the food and beverage industry. u2022 Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful brand strategies and marketing campaigns. u2022 Strong analytical skills, with expertise in interpreting market data and transforming insights into actionable plans. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. u2022 Creative mindset and passion for brand-building and consumer engagement. u2022 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics. u2022 Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
