Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex billing and collections processes for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel to ensure the seamless handling of financial data. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking. u2022 Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing u2022 Monitor outstanding payments and maintain detailed records to track the status of collections. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline payment approvals. u2022 Utilize Excel to filter, manipulate, and analyze financial data for reporting purposes. u2022 Communicate effectively with customers and external stakeholders to facilitate payment resolutions. u2022 Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the accounts receivable process. u2022 Provide regular updates to management on collection activities and outstanding accounts. u2022 Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable functions. This is a permanent opportunity that will pay up to $85,000 depending upon experience.
