Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will manage various financial tasks, including accounts receivable and general bookkeeping duties, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong organizational skills, and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliation to the general ledger. u2022 Manage billing and off-cycle invoicing u2022 Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. u2022 Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain up-to-date records. u2022 Handle sales tax filings on a monthly basis. u2022 Collaborate with the finance and operations team to streamline accounting procedures. u2022 Provide support for general accounting tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in their career. This position requires a candidate with great communication skills, strong attention detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position that will pay up to $65,000 depending upon experience.
