Project Manager

Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Hallandale, Florida. In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with client expectations and meet high-quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including articles, infographics, podcasts, and webinars, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. u2022 Provide strategic recommendations to clients aimed at enhancing engagement and maximizing the impact of their projects. u2022 Present performance metrics and outcomes at project completion, clearly communicating results and showcasing the value delivered. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams such as Editorial, Design, Sales, and Marketing, as well as external contractors, to ensure seamless project execution. u2022 Identify potential risks early in the project and implement effective solutions to mitigate them. u2022 Maintain detailed and accurate documentation throughout all stages of project execution. u2022 Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and suggesting enhancements. u2022 Contribute to client strategies by identifying opportunities for account growth and leveraging analytics to inform recommendations. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably across diverse mediums. u2022 Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of priorities. u2022 Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on deliverables. u2022 Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality outcomes. u2022 Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships to deliver consistent and positive experiences. u2022 Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions. u2022 Adaptability to evolving client needs and an aptitude for working in dynamic environments. u2022 Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and a PMP certification is highly desirable.
