Sales Support Specialist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Miramar, Florida. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth operations within a growing organization. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to collaborate across multiple departments. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and upload invoices into customer portals with accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Perform data entry tasks, including entering invoices and maintaining updated records. u2022 Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by recording sales orders and entering quotes into the system. u2022 Coordinate product shipping and ensure timely delivery to customers. u2022 Support the accounting team with tasks such as managing credits and debits and processing invoices. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with company procedures. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for data management and reporting. u2022 Assist with general office tasks to maintain a well-organized work environment. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in accounts payable and billing processes. u2022 Strong skills in data entry and invoice processing. u2022 Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management. u2022 Familiarity with order entry and administrative assistance. u2022 Ability to perform accurate and timely invoice entry. u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. u2022 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. u2022 Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
