Marketing Coordinator

Job Description A civil engineering client of Insight Global is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their team in Jacksonville. They will support the firm's strategic growth initiatives through tracking opportunities, planning, producing, and delivering proposal submittals, and analyzing evaluations. u2003Acquire an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the RFP/RFQ. u2003Gather, develop, and distribute information from a variety of sources that may aid in the understanding and preparation of submittals. u2003Coordinate proposal assignments while enforcing schedule compliance. u2003Develop various marketing collateral including boilerplate, resumes, and project descriptions. u2003Proofread for message, voice, spelling, grammatical errors, and adherence to the RFP/RFQ. u2003Manage document layout, ensuring submittals are aesthetically appealing and compelling. u2003Assist with conceptualization and creation of graphics. u2003Lead the development of pre-and post-submittal presentations. u2003Provide evaluation analysis to project teams.
