Compared to other pay rates in the area and the work required, optimal choice for employment, hands down.POSITION SUMMARY The function of this position is to clean dies and sizers for production. Responsible for the assembly of new sizers and dies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and assemble dies. Operate the extruder hone. Learn storage procedures. Update die-polishing log. Shipping tooling to be anodized. This includes inspection before shipping, packaging tooling, labeling and weighing, documentation and reassemble sizers. Mount sizers on extruded rail, polish sizers, tap bolt holes, and inspect water function of sizers. Set-up the tooling on the quick change carts. Responsible for updating tool signoff sheet every time a tracked task is completed. Follow all established safety rules and procedures. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
