Job DescriptionOverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Manager, Creative Operations to oversee all creative requests from internal Wholesale and Retail teams. This role is responsible for managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders-from project initiation to on-time delivery.40 hours a week for 3 months with a likelihood to extend 3 days onsite in NYC ( T, W, and Th)Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & CommunicationServe as the primary liaison between Creative, Wholesale, Retail, and external vendors.Ensure all teams are aligned and accountable for meeting project deadlines.Schedule and lead in-person reviews with stakeholders as needed.Timeline & Workflow ManagementDevelop and maintain backout timeline templates for all placement types across Wholesale (North America and International) and Owned Retail.Forecast kickoff dates and communicate them to partners to ensure timely brief development.Share regular status updates and milestone tracking with partner teams.Asset & Documentation OversightCreate and manage asset/graphic trackers for each project, including design files and spec requirements.Ensure alignment between wholesale buys, creative requests, and final artwork.Brand & Environment ExpertiseDevelop a deep understanding of the brand's identity and values.Maintain knowledge of how the brand is represented in Wholesale and Retail environments to optimize consistency and workflow efficiency.Experiential Project ManagementLead project management for experiential initiatives in physical environments.Own communication with external vendors to ensure execution aligns with scope, timeline, and budget.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, and/or Visual Merchandising within full-service studio environments (in-house or agency).Industry experience in Beauty, Retail/Fashion, or Prestige CPG preferred.Proven experience working with Wholesale partners (e.g., Sephora, Space NK, Mecca) and manufacturing vendors (e.g., fixtures, factices, windows).Familiarity with materials and methods used in successful brand activations in physical retail environments.Ability to interpret and work with shop drawings, CAD renderings, planograms, schematics, and engineering documentation.Strong understanding of creative processes across disciplines (Copy, Design, Visual Merchandising).Knowledge of Print Production workflows and how to integrate them into project schedules.Experience managing large-scale product launches, seasonal fixture updates, and market entry initiatives.Ability to quickly assess project scope and estimate required resources and this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
