Job#: 2091378Job Description:Job Title: Product OwnerJob Location: Columbus, OHJob Pay Range: $67/hr-$79/hrContract Length: 12 Monthsu00a0Job SummaryThe Elite / Credit Modernization Product Owner is responsible for driving the delivery of features and enhancements within the Commercial Loan Origination system built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Solution Leads, and stakeholders to ensure prioritized, high-value work is delivered efficiently and aligns with business goals. The Product Owner provides day-to-day oversight of a scrum team, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and ensures continuous flow of work through backlog management and cross-team coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesBacklog Management & Agile Executionu00b7 Own the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the user story backlog.u00b7 Conduct initial story card mapping and identify cross-team dependencies.u00b7 Establish story acceptance criteria and ensure work meets definition of done.u00b7 Prioritize backlog to support highest value work.u00b7 Provide clarification and context to the development team.u00b7 Facilitate system demonstrations and support UAT testing.Stakeholder Engagementu00b7 Represent stakeholder needs while collaborating with technology partners.u00b7 Engage with internal and external partners to coordinate timing and dependencies.u00b7 Escalate issues to Program Directors and stakeholders as needed.u00b7 Support weekly and monthly status reporting efforts.Delivery Oversight & Scope Managementu00b7 Monitor agile team demand and capacity.u00b7 Manage product lifecycle from requirements gathering through release.u00b7 Deliver upon business scope and requirements defined at the Feature level.u00b7 Monitor scope changes and manage size increases to maintain project integrity.u00b7 Address delivery risks and blockers to maintain team focus on priorities.u00b7 Manage risks associated with application and feature delivery.u00b7 Support long-term roadmap and OKR alignment with Product Leaders.u00b7 Provide transparency to leadership on project status and development issues.Basic Qualificationsu00b7 Proven experience as a Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (SM), Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst (BA) leading Salesforce application development, preferably for the Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business.u00b7 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.u00b7 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an onshore/offshore team environment.Preferred Skillsu00b7 Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.u00b7 Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Scrum Management tools (e.g. Jira)u00b7 Certification in Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks.u00b7 Demonstrated interest and success in improving Agile executionu00b7 Proficiency in creating supporting documentation, wireframes, workflows, etc.u00b7 Familiarity with program execution metrics and project management tools.u00b7 Knowledge of data mapping and reconciliation techniques.u00b7 Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
