OverviewThe Technical Supervisor will ensure the operation, compliance and reliability of Steam Distribution's technical systems and equipment. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for developing, reviewing, analyzing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing corrective/preventive maintenance on Steam Distribution's equipment, instrumentation, and control systems. The Technical Supervisor will direct/supervise mechanics/technicians in performing maintenance work, calibrations, and tests ensuring they are conducted safely and efficiently. The Technical Supervisor will recommend, develop, and implement new designs and processes to improve the reliability of the steam distribution system. The Technical Supervisor will also adhere to the Company's Standards of Business Conduct to achieve Operational Excellence and foster a Zero Accident environment.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities- The Technical Supervisor ensures the reliability of the Steam Distribution System by leading a team in the efficient repair, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of technical systems and equipment.- Responsible for ensuring the safety, productivity, and quality of maintenance work performed by mechanics and technicians, while supervising union personnel, enforcing contractual and local work rules, assigning jobs based on weekly schedules, and managing administrative tasks in MAXIMO.- Develops and implements maintenance plans and schedules, coordinates and analyzes preventive and corrective actions on equipment and technical systems, and recommends procedures to enhance reliability for current and future operations.- Leads troubleshooting, repair efforts, and restoration of equipment and controls.- Facilitates management meetings to report job progress and status, maintains full knowledge of workflows and processes, and submits internal and external work requests clearly and concisely through MAXIMO.- Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across all areas of responsibility.- Ensures compliance with environmental regulations and program procedures applicable to Steam Operations Steam Distribution department.- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to track and manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.- Must be committed to fostering a Zero Accident Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Achieving Operational Excellence, Developing an Effective Cost Management Culture, Enhancing the Customers Experience, adheres to the Company's Standards of Business conduct and other Company procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (
