Acts as a central point of contact and conductor to ensure the success of all aspects before, during, and after live learning experiences; closely coordinates with leaders, events planning and studio team, internal communications, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders. Partners with internal communications on a consistent, clear, compelling communication plan to promote people development experiences, programs and initiatives, helping to drive participation at all levels of the organization. Supports full life cycle and end-to-end management of large-scale, high-impact learning projects/events-from planning and logistics to execution and post-event evaluation. Coordinates and supports learning experience project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure organizational goals and quality standards are met and delivered in a timely manner. Identify potential risks and apply data-informed strategies to mitigate issues and optimize processes and results. Builds strong relationships with leaders, events planning and studio team, internal communications, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders, in support of live learning experience success.
