Company:UniCredit Bank GmbH - New York Title:Associate - Letter of Credit AdministratorJob Site:New York, NYDuties:Issue, Amend and Advise of Import, Standby and Export credits in collaboration UniCredit’s account officers, agent banks, accounting, London UCS Operations and other internal units. Exame and negotiate import, standby and export documents in accordance with current ICC requirements and ISBP guidelines. Perform the review of all internal reporting for accuracy of books and records (daily). Execute internal processing instructions and maintenance of Letter of Credit files. Manage complex Letter of Credit related referrals. Process Collection and Reimbursement items. Make payments via SWIFT. Invoice and monitor incoming fees and maintain any past due payments. Handle customer investigations into trade products. Identify potential operations risks within daily processes and recommend solutions. Ensure that the Bank's KYC and Sanctions policies are strictly adhered to. Ensure coordination of Standby LC processing for UCB/UCI LC’s within Trade Innovations. Manage daily system input into Trade Innovations and Exceptions. Ensure departmental compliance with BSA/AML policies issued by Legal & Compliance. Create and maintain monthly reports for senior management and account officers, detailing activity under specific products.Requirements:Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or in a related discipline and two (2) years of experience as Financial Analyst, Relationship Manager, Letters of Credit Officer or in a related position. Experience must include: performing financial analysis, including business case support, monthly business review reporting, P&L management, sales projections and expense budgeting; developing business plans and determines Key Performance Indicators (KPI); strong knowledge of ISP98, UCP 600, SWIFT processing, and full understanding of embargo requirements related to the Letter of Credit and Lending business.Hours:40 hours per week, full-timeSalary: $84,677.00 / year Contact:Mail resumes to: UniCredit Bank GmbH - NY Branch, Attn: HR, 150 E 42nd St, New York, NY 10017 or email Minimum Salary: 84677 Maximum Salary: 84677 Salary Unit: Yearly
