*Overview** **Based on operational needs, we prefer the AVP of New Starts to be based near a major airport in one of the following states: GA, FL, AL, MS, NC, SC, TN VA, PA, TX** **Lead Expansion. Fuel Growth. Build from the Ground Up.** Are you a strategic builder who thrives in creating new market success? We’re seeking an experienced and visionary **Area Vice President (AVP) of New Starts** to lead and scale our expansion efforts across emerging markets. This role drives new start initiatives by developing talent, executing high-impact strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure sustainable growth and regulatory alignment.
