Facility Coordinator Contract Support Job ID 241312 Posted 07-Oct-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Building Management, Data Centers, Facilities Management, Property Management Location(s) Boise - Idaho - United States of America, Kuna - Idaho - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This position is based on-site in Kuna, Idaho. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 6:30/7:00 am - 3:30/4:00 pm. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. **What You’ll Do:** + Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. + Be a financial and operational systems champion. Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets. + Develop relationships with vendors, completeRFPs,obtainandnegotiatecostsfor services and repair work, ensuring quote accuracy and understandingofthe scope of work. + Manage vendor performancewithonsite meetings,quarterly reviews,auditsand job walks as appropriate. + Schedule work,requesting permits where needed,arrange site access,escortvendorsandoversee the work to ensure compliance with QHSEstandards. + Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly. + Assist Regional Contract Support withpurchase requisitions/purchase orders, resolving invoice issues,annual budgetplanningand forecasting. + Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork. + Deliver monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews. + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Mayrecommend new techniques. + Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. + A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills.
