Job Description : & #61607; Supervising all cooks & #61607; Creating food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetic & #61607; Preparing and cooking authentic Thai foods using Thai culinary expertise & #61607; Collaborating with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers & #61607; Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met & #61607; Checking the quantity and quality of received products & #61607; Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays & #61607; Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services & #61607; Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices & #61607; Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety & #61607; Checking stock levels and ordering supplies & #61607; Salary: $42,000-$45,000/year Requirement: 24-36 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2-3 years of experience in Thai cooking).
