*IT Technician (6-Month Contract Only)** **Madison, IN | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $27.62–$31.16/hour** **Power the technology that keeps operations moving.** PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled **IT Technician** to provide essential onsite support for office and plant users in Madison, Indiana. This **6-month contract-only** position is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges that directly impact business success. **What You’ll Do** + Serve as the first line of support for office and plant users—troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating technical issues as needed. + Maintain and support hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. + Assist with system administration tasks, including imaging, software deployment, and user access management. + Support and maintain Active Directory, O365, Azure, and SharePoint environments. + Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including LAN, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP. + Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure consistent system reliability and uptime. **Minimum Qualifications** + Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, **or** at least 3 years of experience in IT Support or a technical customer service role. + Hands-on experience in network and server management support. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Active Directory, O365, Azure, and SharePoint. + Working knowledge of operating systems, file structures, and registry management. + Proficiency with imaging and software deployment technologies. + Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, DNS, and DHCP. **Why Join Us** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , you’ll join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
