Job Description

*Description:** The Performance Analyst at each property will be responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining the labor strategy of the hotel in conjunction with the Leadership Committee and GM in order to optimize productivity and labor. They are responsible for determining optimal mix of volume drivers to forecast labor based on current trends and historical data. They use the Dimensions scheduling tools to ensure that labor hours are forecasted and scheduled appropriately based on volume, as well as analytics tools to engage department managers in the labor forecasting process to staff departments effectively and demonstrate a savings in the overall cost of labor at the property. They alsoplay a key role in supporting both financial and operational excellence. This position is responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of critical business processes, with a focus on accounts receivable payable and employee productivity.
