Job Title: ScientistJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing current solution manufacturing processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to streamline production processes and resolve documentation issues. Responsibilities + Optimize current solution manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance regulatory compliance. + Oversee the production of solutions, review documentation, and collaborate with teams and facilities to streamline processes. + Review and update production documentation, working with Quality and SMEs to align instructions with actions. + Apply known process metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and characterize process enhancements. + Collaborate with planners, buyers, and production supervisors to maximize output. + Perform root-cause investigations on systems and components to correct problems and improve product quality and reliability. + Interface with Manufacturing, R&D, Compliance, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Product Management groups. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. + Strong knowledge of formulation science, chemical processes, and process engineering principles. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing within an ISO environment. + Proficiency in laboratory and GMP practices. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM). + Experience in analytical chemistry is a plus. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Adept at working in a fast-paced setting and acting with urgency. + Ability to communicate and work well in cross-functional team environments. + Utilize Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly concepts to optimize processes. Work Environment This position is onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
