We are seeking anexperienced and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to join ourteam and support the growth of our life science product offerings acrossa broad network of distribution partners. Your Role: The Channel SalesRepresentative- Life Science Discovery Products, will be critical indriving sales and expanding the market share for our life scienceproducts. This individual will be responsible for building andmaintaining strong relationships with distribution partners, managingsales strategies, and identifying new opportunities for growth in thelife science sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in saleswithin the life sciences or healthcare industry and a proven trackrecord of success in channel sales management. Develop and ManageDirect and Distribution Channels: Drive sales for Life Science Discoveryand manage relationships with distribution partners in key markets,ensuring alignment with company goals and product offerings. Whereappropriate identify and recruit new distributors. Sales StrategyExecution: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implementsales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding marketpresence within the life science sector for both distribution and directbusiness Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of thecompany's product portfolio, staying up to date on product advancementsand market trends to provide valuable guidance to distributors andclients. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support todistribution partners, offering training, troubleshooting, and guidanceto ensure their success in selling life science products. Whereappropriate, support our direct customer base. Sales Reporting andForecasting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates, andmanage forecasts to ensure accurate revenue predictions and marketpenetration. Market Analysis: Monitor and assess competitoractivities, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform salesstrategies and product improvements. Promotional Support: Assist withthe creation and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns toenhance product visibility and distributor engagement. Travel:Regular travel to meet with distributors, attend industry events, andgather customer feedback. (20% of the time) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Business, or other LifeSciences discipline. 3+ years of sales experience, focusing on lifescience products or related industries like Academia, Biotech, andPharma Preferred Qualifications: Ideally have a proven track recordin managing distribution channels and achieving sales targets. Strongunderstanding of life science product offerings and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Pay Range for this position: $68,700 -$139,200 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end ofthe base pay compensation for this position.
