What you'll do: + Lead and implement HR activities focused on employee engagement, talent management, and performance evaluation to support departmental strategies. + Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, practices, and compensation matters through cross-departmental collaboration. + Align HR policies and programs with market conditions and best practices, partnering with stakeholders for innovative and compliant solutions. + Facilitate HR learning sessions on performance management, resource allocation, and succession planning, including presenting training programs to leadership teams. + Conduct workplace investigations, prepare documentation for labor-related cases, and represent the company in legal matters as needed. + May serve as the HR Lead for large-scale organizational projects. + Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices, evaluating programs against trends and recommending improvements. + Communicate and reinforce the companyu2019s values and leadership behaviors to foster a high-performance culture. What you'll bring: + Significant progressive management experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments. + Strong focus on achieving results and proactive decision-making. + In-depth knowledge of HR laws, processes, and procedures related to staffing, employee relations, and payroll, particularly in contact centers. + Credible and confident, able to make an immediate impact across all organizational levels. + Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proactive and positive attitude. + Proven ability to take initiative, drive continuous improvement, and promote customer service and professionalism within the team. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences. Qualifications : + University Degree Preferred. + Experience with Workday preferred + Ability and talent with using AI technologies to solve people problems and create efficiencies. Advanced Microsoft Office skills is a requirement. WHATu2019S IN IT FOR YOU The base salary range for this position is $74,536 - $90,000. Plus, incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP), 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
