We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles, coupled with advanced technical expertise, to bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and data-driven solutions. This role requires a proactive individual capable of driving complex, high-impact projects, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable analytics solutions that support organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead cross-functional initiatives to define and prioritize business data needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise-wide data strategies. u2022 Oversee the design and development of advanced dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with business KPIs. u2022 Drive complex data analyses to uncover actionable insights, influence business decisions, and support long-term strategic planning. u2022 Establish and enforce standards for documentation, data visualization, and reporting to promote consistency and knowledge sharing across teams. u2022 Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and analytical excellence. u2022 Collaborate with data engineering and IT leadership to optimize data architecture, integration, and performance across platforms. u2022 Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the analytics ecosystem and support evolving business needs. u2022 Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner. u2022 Stay ahead of industry trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data operations to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. Required Qualifications: u2022 7+ years of experience in business data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in analytics initiatives. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. u2022 Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., Big Query, SQL Server). u2022 Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices. u2022 Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring analytics professionals. u2022 Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights. u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform). u2022 Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in business analytics. u2022 Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools. u2022 Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
