Additional information about Spectrum Reach can be found at .The Senior Manager, Account Management is responsible for leading the Account Management team and partnering with our National Advanced TV Sales team to deliver the needs and deepen partnerships across agency hold co buying teams, large in-house brand direct teams, and independent agencies with a focus on Programmatic. This role is a coach/ player role; in addition to leading the team, the Senior Manager, Programmatic Account Management will manage a handful of accounts.This key team member is integral to ensure advertisers and agencies have a positive customer experience and help fuel Spectrum Reach programmatic revenue growth through consultative and technical approach. This role requires experience leading a team, setting goals, and developing best practices within the account management discipline of a programmatic business (preferably streaming/ OTT/ CTV).Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Oversee a team of Account Managers and ensure the team is delivering a best-in-class customer experiencePlay a major role in overseeing career development and progression for team membersPartner with National Sales team to grow business and meet the needs of the marketplace while serving as lead Account Manager for handful of key account(s)Collaborate with sales team to manage pipeline, stakeholder mapping, cultivating new relationships, and deal flowEnsure the Account Management Team is trained and proficient in our advanced advertising products and understands agency objectives and KPIs to translate into effective and successful programmatic dealsEnsure all deals are delivering to the expectations of clients and sales teamsby partnering with cross functional teamsEstablish key benchmarks/ KPIs for accounts and deals for team to manage toDevelop goals, tactics, and best practices for account management teamEnhance documentation through lifecycle inclusive of deal intake/ specs form, troubleshoot questions, client check-insReview and adjust workloads for the team based on client needs and priorities.Understand and work to improve the workflow for the Programmatic businessUnderstand all available sales products (TV and Advanced Advertising products).Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to programmatic and CTVPeople leader in account management roleKnowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, and how Streaming/ OTT/ CTV is bought and soldClient segmentation and development of a level of service across multiple tiers of client segmentsVision of what a good customer experience and lifecycle looks like for programmatic streamingExperience with PMP and PG deal typesExperience with Salesforce, SSP Platforms (Magnite, Freewheel), and other Advertising software or technologyFamiliarity with and experience in programmatic; understanding of deal IDs, metrics, and optimization strategiesCustomer obsessed to insure excellent client experience and service pre, during, and postDemonstrated organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills in a faced paced sales environmentCollaborative mindset, ready to work with multiple cross-functional departmentsMust be an excellent problem solver with expertise in finding solutions with the help of othersHigh level proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel as well as other data and analytics softwareEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications with overarching skill to translate data, information, and research into powerful points of view—ability to craft and tell a compelling storyFamiliarity with writing rationales and/or agency POVs (“point of views”)An analytical mindset that identifies solutions based in data SSU601 2025-63291 2025 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
