In this role, youll be hands-on in preparing, packaging, and ensuring high-quality products that reach customers worldwide. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in doing work that makes an impact, this could be the opportunity for you!Main aspects of the role include:Operate and monitor production equipment, and lead activities of others working on the line, ensure efficient and safe operation.Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed.Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real-time.Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards.Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required.Identify and correct documentation errors or escalate them to supervisors as needed.Report non-conformances or quality concerns immediately.Hourly pay: $25.00 with .90 differential Schedule: Monday- Friday -2nd shift 2:45pm-11:15pmEnvironment of this position:Frequent exposure to extreme temperaturesNoise level in the work environment can be loudExposure to various food allergensRegular requirement to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, reach, carry, and lift and twistMust be able to regularly lift 15 pounds and up to 50 poundsOFD contains office, manufacturing and outdoor workspaces where this position is required to access and work. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand and climb; bend and twist; see, hear and talk; use hands to type, handle or feel tools, controls; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry tools or items. This position also requires a person to handle environments of varied temperatures and with various food allergens present; and be comfortable at various heights.You!High school diploma or equivalent required; college or technical training a plus1-3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a food or GMP environmentStrong leadership experience, organizational, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detailBasic computer skills, including data entry, digital forms, and manufacturing systemsBasic math and unit conversionsAbility to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of timeReliable transportation required, with flexibility to travel between company locationsConsistent, dependable attendance is essential to support production schedulesCurious?
