More for experienced Flexographic Die Cutter OperatorsMedicalDentalVisionCompany sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA)401k with matchPaid Vacation and Sick TimeLife InsuranceLong Term Disability InsurancePet InsuranceSemiannual profit sharingTraining Programs with the Council of IndustryGrowth from within the companyPosition Responsibilities:Setting up and running high speed manufacturing equipmentLeading team members to meet the machine's production and quality goalsMonitor and control machines on a daily basisAdjusting machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure and amount of material for quality productionLeads team in daily cleaning and maintenance of the machineMake sure the work environment remains uncluttered, clean and well-maintained to ensure safetyThe ideal candidate will either have prior printing machine experience or the ability and passion to learn on the job.
