The Industrial Sales Representative will work closely with assigned accounts in their designated Cincinnati territory in establishing and maintaining core business while focusing on maximizing market penetration and profitability. In this position you will be expected to achieve forecasted market shares and gross profit goals by providing the appropriate customer solutions and consistent account management of both new and existing customers. The main objectives are to achieve maximum unit’s sales volume, market penetrations, profit return and customer loyalty from the core account customers.Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $70,000Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.You would start as a Salaried employee with the potential to transition into comission based pay as you grow in your territory.Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.Territory management of assigned territory.Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.Business to Business Cold Calling.Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.Work closely with service department to grow service business.Complete paperwork to submit sales orders in proper format.Product demonstrations and being product leader in territory.Reports to the Regional Branch Manager based out of Cleveland, OH.Territory covers Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area into Northern Kentucky.Some overnight travel required for sales meetings or training.*Dedicated to best of class customer service and support.*Relied upon to Think like a Customer and Act like an Owner.*Ability to work hours that best align with customers, traffic patterns, and call frequency.*Performs other duties as requested by Manager.*These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.Equal Opportunity Employer.Must currently reside in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, with daily travel as neededHigh School Diploma; BA/BS degree preferred3-7 years’ work experience in the MHE or Industrial sales and service operationsIndustrial battery sales or MHE experience preferredComputer literate and knowledge of Microsoft programsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top managers, employees, executives, clients, customers, and the general publicMust have a valid driver’s licenseEast Penn offers excellent benefits:Competitive compensationCompany vehicleLaptop and cell phonePaid on-the-job trainingGroup insurance that includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage401K savings planLife insurance 9 paid holidays and 10 days of paid time offEmployee assistance programsFitness DiscountsPromotional opportunities
